It's hard to quantify the value of the GE deal but no doubt it will be great for the company.

I was thinking short term the deal would justify a price starting with a 2 minimum, but we are almost there on anticipation (or leak or whatever).

Many times I've seen this, and then the resulting speeding ticket and then an SP that subsequently calms down a little, before the actual announcement arrives.

Let's see what happens.
