Just got off work and found some time before dinner to finish the recording. If you haven't already listened to this investor conference call I highly suggest you do so... makes me quite confident that the GE deal is coming sooner rather than later.
Around the 15 min 40 sec mark, Mike McCormick goes into detail about the GE deal and specifically says that the major points such as terms and pricing have already been agreed on and they're just working on some of the finer details (keep in mind this was in April 20'). He also talks about how COVID-19 slowed down progress as the GE Healthcare head office in Milan had to adjust to working remotely.
I don't have a crystal ball but if I were to make a prediction, I'd say we get an announcement before mid-July. Either that or we'll get further details in the upcoming Q2'20 investor conference call.
