    I don't think a behemoth like GE Healthcare would change their timeline one bit because of the number of procedures being done, that would be irrelevant to signing a contract like this. Having worked for GE (not GE Healthcare, another subsidiary) I do know that it's quite a job to get a contract signed so it'll happen when it happens.
