ok watso did pay a tad over $2 for something rtc from a bit less than $14..
anyway , watso looked online for various cooking strategies ..
1... sous-vide .. seriously .. but two days .. fatso was hungry now - .. in two days time, fatso would be dead from starvation ..
2.. some slower cooking methods this vid appealed to the fatso
in the end, the great fatso opted for the pressure cooker.. plenty of links online .. butt fatso simply covered the osso bucco with previous jellied stock.... anyway fatso has some tender meat and the stock is even better .
all ok at the watso approved price .. but would not waste his time if having to pay full price
