    for what it is worth, butt watso made the best ever BEEF AND ONION pie (lol lol but a pie without the pastry)

    aussie bucco is simply young beef - and perfect for pies

    the aussie bucco from the pressure cooker was super tender and mixed in well with the sauteed onions - and the richly enhanced chicken stock that watso used ..

    maybe watso should buy a bit of pastry - and try and make a genuine pie ..

    yeah yeah yeah ,.. watso might well be the cock extraordinaire but he is not the total cook for all occasions
