    I have heard that major shareholders were complaining yesterday that a bank/broker with a buy recommendation on OST, had their trading desk putting out a recommendation to short OST.
    When will authorities do something about this type of conflict of interest?
    How can this type of behaviour be legal?
    Extremely frustrating at the very least!
