My take on it is that investors who bought in at the IPO and didn't sell in the first week when the hype was hot, are now exiting with some still-handsome profits, as they see there's nothing happening that will justify a quick – or even a steady – share price rise. The trading volumes are very low, which to me suggests the departure of retail buyers who were lucky enough to get allocations in the IPO. If it were institutional investors (or day traders) the volumes would be much bigger and I would think the instos got into the stock with a longer-term outlook.

I don't understand Phi11z's comment. I don't see the decline as brokers "purposely pushing the price down", unless you see all buy and sell orders placed with a broker as a conspiracy. We all go through brokers, online or otherwise, and if you are prepared to accept a lower price it will drive the price down. I think that rule applies to everything, whether apples or shares. Supply and demand.

A price rise has to be driven by something, not just our wish that it would go up. Something like strong news, strong figures, company guidance, or large institutional interest. OSX hasn't offered any of these yet. But it is early days.
