Eqz, I think your assessment is good and your caution is warranted. Particularly about OSX's overvaluation and its need to raise further capital when the current lot runs out (I'm surprised they went for such a small amount when it is obvious they'll need more). It would have been better if you had started with your longer post that gives sound reasons for your thinking, rather than the shorter post, which seemed baseless and just downramping.
You've clearly got knowledge of the industry, so it would be good to know your thoughts, even if they are negative. But if you phrase them as you did in your longer post, they have more credibility.
