Sorry but I have to disagree. As I mentioned in my first post if a product is superior AND MARKETED successfully then it will be adapted. If you refer to section 2 of the prospectus it outlines how the company plans to use the funds generated from the IPO to increase market penetration within both the US and Europe. Simply obtaining FDA approval doesn't automatically result in success if there is no push to get the product out there, which by Osteopore's admission there hasn't been. Also if you review both the prospectus and the companies history you'll note only one product has FDA approval, with the three leading products (plug, mesh and strip) all still requiring 2nd generation approval. Finally the fact that the money raised is to be used purely on growth of the business rather than being required to perform more R&D or progress clinical trials, as occurs with many other micro and small cap medical companies, is a huge bonus.
Each to their own but through thorough research as well as my personal experience within the medical devices field I honestly believe this company has alot of potential!
