The risks were always there, some decided to either ignore the risks or were just ignorant of the risks.
Appears that Act 20 may not be the only issue for the company in arbitration. Revising the EIA by treating uranium as an impurity clearly indicates there is an addendum to the exploration license that allows the GoG to remove the companies right to exploit uranium.
The argument now would be what does the term “exploit” mean within the context of the mineral resources act IMO.
This is something that the arbitration court will ultimately decide. Until then, maybe the companies other ventures will prove profitable for investors.
