I also do not see that the refusal can be enforced without consequences. There is a lack of perspective on both sides. So unnecessary disscusion that shows what agenda certain people have here.
A football match is only finished and the result is only clear when the whistle blows, or as is said here, when the lady has stopped singing.Patience and trust in common sense!
