It’s one one the reasons AXP was probably on reprimand from the ASX as being a Director he did not notify the market. He has been an impediment to the smooth company administration for ages so good the company is fortunate he has finally resigned (without being pushed out at the AGM). Also, there is a rumour that during the Covid spell he desperately needed the cash to survive, and may have also been insolvent, a definite no no as a Director. Maybe his resignation is half the reason we were allowed to start trading again.
