That is how most stocks are valued based on perceived current / future potential and acreage. Look at BRK, lower revenue than AXP, just started producing and was valued at 100M$ not that long back. 88E is even worse valued at 0.5billion with nowhere close to development let alone just busy exploring and raising multiple CR's
