Have a look at OTC Short positions over the period we were suspended. Those shorts, net share deficits, can only be balanced by purchase of shares, and that is here in Australia. Just hasn’t been possible! There is only one Registry for them, Boardroom, not one in the US, and there are not enough shares floating around as AUNXF at this point to balance their books on the OTC market. The time will come,soon, but it is not yet. The MMs are creating a real new market for AXP.
