I think that we are starting to see the beginning of ISN stock being purchased on behalf of U.S. investors that want to purchase the Isonea ADRs that trade Over the Counter under the symbol ISOAY.

The market maker from the U.S. comes into the ASX and purchases ISN stock which he will then sell to the U.S. investor as an ADR. I think ONE ADR is equivelant to 500 ISN shares. Can anyone please confirm conversion rate being 500. If I am correct the ADRs should be trading at the equivalent in USD of A$60

This stock is taken out of the ISN stock that trades on the ASX, taken to the U.S., hopefully never to return to our Aussie shores.

In other words, lets say (for example) that of the 220 mill shares on issue 110 mill are tightly held and those shareholders are in their for the long haul. That leaves the balance of looser holders of 110 mill shares. When the market maker buys 50 mill shares & takes themout of the ASX to the OTC in the U.S., there remains only 60 mill shares that are available to trade on the ASX.

I think the bulk of the cross trades today reflect the commencement of this migration to the OTC.

This will make the stock much tighter and the upside move more agressive.
