Reasonably, those 30% are not liquid right now unless they are trading their way out of the hole. But wait until the price gets to their target, the volume will be intense.
Or maybe not. I would hold if I was one of the 30%, and I would definitely hold if it got back to the 90's.
So my point .. a lot of holding going on here .. liquidity looks very low .. along with buyers and sellers I guess.
