Well if you know this process so well please show us how it has been executed on THD. Would be invaluable for all holders not only for this stock but each position we hold now and in the future. If not stop getting mad because the market didn't like this stock and 2.7c placement shares getting dumped for a quick buck. It is not helpful to scream MANIPULATION!!! Every time a trade does not go your way. I hold this stock and am unhappy with what the price movement has been but I am not having a bar of these excuses anymore
