Very astute as always Showman - and it all makes sense.

Mine-gate deal with one of the majors who are both at present doing a deal among themselves.

I'd suggest nothing happening at UMC because we have to wait for the big boys to finish their dance ... then we'll be in the spotlight and not before.

IMO UMC management forced to sit back and wait just as patiently (or impatiently as the case may be) as we shareholders. They are in no position to disclose pending negotiations so they have no choice but to sit on their hands and no news coming till the big boys say so.

I'll wait.
