That is why I said a few weeks ago about UMC not having any problem raising $30million.

That is so long as share holders trust management,management are keeping share holders up to date with progress being made about the project and share holders have a belief in the project.

How would UMC go if they did a cash raising at present with out giving any more information?
I would say they would struggle to raise the cash from the normal share holders who have no idea what is going on.
