I'd be happy to focus on the core markets that we are in now and make sure Afterpay becomes, and stays, the market-leading BNPL platform. The reason why is because competition is APT's biggest threat.

If I had a choice between stretching the budgets (marketing/operating etc) thin across multiple markets and cementing ourselves in the most profitable markets in the world (excluding China) I'd always choose the latter even if it means we could be losing some other markets.
