When i refer to "holy grail" i am generally referring to talk amongst hc regulars and our friend bioexec some time ago. He seemed to certainly have some idea about where we were at and the science, and at the time suggested if anyone could repeatedly achieve endosomal escape and prove it that would be the holy grail. I always mention it just because i dont understand why it seems we achieved that years ago yet nothing happened as a result. I was wondering what more was required.
