I have been wondering ever since dr Watt took a step away who is actually driving the development at pyc. I assumed Mr Hayes was never hands on and also the directors dont seem to be scientist types. Do we have some unnamed genius or group of geniuses in white coats that are currently unknown to us? Maybe they prefer it that way but it would be interesting to know who actually drives and develops the science hands on in the labs?? Or is it all being farmed out to contractors, as they hinted in recent updates that a lot of work was being done externally. I thought that work was just scanning but maybe it is more then that?? It seemed since Mr Watt moved out of CSO position it just became a title to be filled? As i understand Hayes was based in USA wasnt he so couldnt and have been too hands on?
