It seems so strange that something is supposed to be so difficult to do or prove , and at one point was referred to as a holy grail if we could penetrate cells, escape endosome and repeatedly prove it. Yet supposedly with Cre we can do all that and carry small or large payload in?? Yet vc prefer to throw tens of millions at start ups who it seems still need to prove they can do the same?? What are we doing wrong or what are we missing
