Hi Andrew65,Past experience dictates to me that commercialising is a science. Salesmen at this level draw on deep industry experience.
These few sales consultants would never be asked to develop the pharma science. Those developing the science are often considered to be the guru to be asked sell it. -Wrong!
As much as the R&D plan is researched, the commercialisation plan is often underdone.
I’m thinking Phylogica is now blessed with a sharp CEO in Rohan that recognises this element. Hopefully, assuming exciting data emerges, a focused commercialising plan is crafted in concert with the cream of industry consultants. GLTA
