So why is there a shortfall?
Because the fully underwritten line is just a line to make the sale. THere is always an out clause. Clearly this has been exercised by Pattersons.
In short, the underwriter knows this thing is a dog. He wants no bar of it but is happy to add his name to make the sale.
The only people who doesn't know this thing is dog tucker are the pumpers on this site.
Hell, even the main holder Barton walked away.
