I think the problem is the non disclosure agreement. However he will have to tell the debt holders and the equity partners who it is at some stage. I suspect the non disclosure is a time based thing and it will dissappear after a designated event of some kind. The shorts won't win for long, there was a delay in the big run up to 3.40 after the export finance announcement. Same thing keep the price down whilst you accumulate and let it rip.
