Other half of capital raise still going ahead @$1.37

I haven't seen anyone mention this, I admit I read most but not all of the posts. Anyways the other half of the capital raise is still going ahead, with the shareholder vote scheduled March / April 2022 (aka very soon) The share holders will vote to allow Shanghai Decent for the Conditional Placement @ $1.37 (lol), the shareholders will of course vote yes if the price remains in the current zone or below $1.37. Shanghai Decent intent and willingness to pay is not in question as indicated in the previous announcements.

What do you think will happen when the shareholders vote yes and the Conditional Placement goes ahead @ $1.37 ?

If I were Tsingshan I will buy all available share under $1.37 after the placement, why not? Pretty strange not to, also there won't be any sellers anyways. And why not before? to provide more incentive for the shareholders to vote yes, and to be buying such an amount (A $148m) from the market is nearly impossible at prices under $1.37..... I am not telling you this due to kindness, I have already backed up the truck @ under $1.2 and an already fully loaded, maxed out. So my opinion and timing is very bias.... apologies if you're still accumulating
