    Has anyone looked at CKT? Is anyone invested or have an opinion of this stock? It seems well run....LONG leases (16yrs), 100% occupancy, No dept expires before 2012. Reduced Div to improve covenant levels ( which don’t seem to be under pressure anyway).

    Thoughts?
