Another point I just noticed (and yes I feel like I'm talking to myself here but I assume someone will respond when they wake up tomorrow) - There is no P & L. I dont see anything in this prospectus that lets me get a feel for any costs associated with this business model or expected profitability / breakeven points. The only thing I can see is that revenue has increased quite dramatically in the last few months. There are assurances about return customers but in reality going on revenue of 78k Dec 13 and revenue of 184k Dec 14 at most 42% of the December 14 revenue is return customers of one year or more loyalty. The rest is all new customers less than one year old. We're also not sure of when the big names came on as a customer and whether they belong to the 'new customer' or 'reoccuring customer' category.
I dunno I think I'm starting to lean towards a no on this one.
