I never said Todd don't need FMS. They do. But they are in the box seat to take it over as no one else is interested (at this stage). If no other 3rd party shows an interest they can make whatever final offer they like, and sh can take it or leave it. Many will take any "reasonable" offer and move on. AS someone said put your money in FMG on any weakness and watch it grow in the years ahead.
