It beggars belief Biota havent been monitoring this CYP3A4 issue.
Its been known since 2000 when the FDA turfed Pleconaril out.
I was hoping it had something to do with the specific compound structure of Pleconaril than its broad method of action....
Hell, we're up to Phase III, shirley they have some pre-clinical and clinical data to give us an insight....
