Could it be that PRH had contractual obligations under the terms of the zinc/lead concentrate off take agreement? That could be a binding document that Les & Jason cant just sweep under the carpet. Yes, I heard Jason was in China,too. Could Jason be up there trying to sell off our polymetallic assets for Les? Dunno, mate. I really think they should have called a meeting first, because whatever they do will still have to be cleared with the shareholders.....and they need 75% of the vote.. I still like my idea of just selling Les our gold assets with a royalty clause...
