The PRH share price is holding up well at 27.5 cents thanks to the SLR offer. Once that gets taken off the table it can drift back to where it used to be, or even lower.

PRH can then repay its loan to SLR and seek a capital injection. A bit like AAM which the "friendly" Chinese have taken over most of for next to nothing and then let the share price stagnate to below 2 cents. They may be able to the company out later on for even less, I suppose.
