I think PAN and SLR have some common history from the old WMC days. If that is true then maybe PAN will not bid for PRH, but perhaps some other entity with a spare $30m might.
If some other party takes them over then PRH shareholders better make good use of the money they get or they will not really improve their lot because there are not that many companies that delivers the sort of growth that SLR is capable. And in acy case many PRH shareholders will still be in the red on their PRH investment after the sale of the company so they need to think carefully.
