You raise some valid points re: Capex. Dr Grocott did mention in the AGM presentation that a doubling of the plant size was likely to increase CAPEX by only 50%.
I would still ultimately favour a 10-12kt sized plant initially and upgrading size along the way. However if they are bullish on finance and NAIF or KDB/off-take partners come to the party with some cash then am happy for a larger plant.
