One thing I've always wondered, could Hx build a conventional-looking brick wall? SAM applies mortar, but Hx applies adhesive. I know Hx can handle little bricks, but you always have to render the outside of the wall or apply some sort of cladding. I'm envisioning the possibility of Hx gluing bricks together, using bricks that are slightly shorter on the outer edge, so you end up with a gap between bricks on the outside face. Then someone would have to come along and do the pointing using mortar, so you end up with what looks like a conventional brick and mortar wall, if that's what a client wants. Could Hx build a brick wall that looks like one built by SAM? It seems Hx is more suited to building block walls, where we don't have to worry about human frailties putting a limit on block weight (we found out 1m long blocks might be used in future), and the wall always get an outer covering. Brickies clad the Dayton house, but could Hx achieve such a finish... one day?
