Thanks, I missed that. They are obviously constantly thinking of all angles, and even talking about smart bricks.
I watched a TED talk that mentioned how the number of bank tellers increased after the introduction of ATMs (but the job description changed). It's not always easy to predict the consequences of disruptive change.
