the concern is that they obviously knew that the formation is not that permeable and has low flow rates. They would have factored this into their drilling approach for the initial vertical phase of drilling and then testing. They would have taken great care to get this right based on knowledge already held.
So to get there and not get a flow is a definitely a big negative.
Its not yet over but the confidence is down.
I bet they would not be smiling in the ivory offices of FAR atm....
