    I agree with you re the importance of BC to CNX. I would like to see an early committment to a 30MW or larger plant in Chile but I do wonder where cnx will find the capital it needs to finance its share of this project in deteriorating financial markets. A 30MW plant should generate sufficient income for cnx to at least keep the lights on in head office. Thoughts?
