And there is good reason to believe it kevjb if the words in the latest cnx presentation "Acceleration of commercialization in Chile" are anything to go by.

As I said in an earlier post my fond hope is that the initial development will be 30MW followed closely of course by a 100mw plant.

I agree that BC will remain a useful testing ground but am a little less optimistic than you are (short of a change of government) that we will see a large scale development at BC in future - but I hope I am proved wrong.
