Back door listings are a way of listing without the cost and time.
A Chinese company did one with SSI and sp went from 35 cents to $4.50 or so today.
Why wouldn't it work, shareholders would welcome this as an offshoot if it is making a profit, I would think some are waiting for details, fair enough.
I broker at least is talking 25 cents. And sell side is pretty thin 11 then 12.5
If and when it moves it could go pretty fast.
If brokers are talking about it they will be waiting for details, they do like companies making a profit with a growing business.
Don't forget their surfwear business is growing, if that continues they would have to be a takeover target.
