    New     OTOC Australia is now apparently 100% privately owned ok wow

    Its now owned by https://www.cdmp.com.au/ as ASIC states and the MD ....is none other than .....an original founding partner of the Old OTOCAustralia.

    Our observations and query is / are when did Veris (Formerly OTOC Ltd) sell theOld OTOC Australia entity after it left it behind minus Aqura Technologies in the intensively competitive communications black hole. what was this brand sold for and when?

    Just curious.
