    I assume you are referring to the Perennial holding transfer. This is a change of custodian and / or responsible entity from IOOF which sold Perennial. If you look at IFL announcements you will see 10+ ceasing to be substantial put in on the same day. Not a capital gains tax event but just a transfer.
