otsana capital is now kaai capital

I received a warning from a fellow investor over the weekend after I tried to to tip him into ECT's hot run up in share price.

He has apparently been burnt in the past by Otsana Capital (now insolvent) who have returned as Kaai Capital (new entity?)

He gave me a list of a few former asx companies that had gone through restructures with Otsana/Kaai
and after initial run ups in price eventually dumped and disappeared altogether from asx, none of which I'm familiar with. He says there are many but here are a few I scribbled down during our call

NFE, Northern Iron
ESE, Esense
GDN, Golden State
GSL, Greatcell Solar
GOE, Goenergy
KRS, Keras
PNO, Pharmanet

if anyone can shed light on the above it would be appreciated as I'm interested to know if this is something we should be worried about given I can't find a reason for our sudden appreciation in share price? will we become another statistic or are we on the cusp of big left field news?
