I also feel some of the nervousness has come from the quarterly report, which to be honest was a waist of time & effort; as it was a cut & paste job from the announcements the market already had, but within that you can see there was just no additional information the company needed to release as Tom had announced it 1 week prior.

Then there is talk about deals that were mentioned before listing. Most of the companies people are talking about are the companies we partner with to provide content as an aggregator, so when Divan comes online they will be used, but for now we only use Sunfly. In regards to if a LOI does not become a binding contract, will the company announce that information? They will not, it was only a LOI & if the contract is not formalised the company will simply continue looking for new deals.

I feel a lot of the nervousness has come from the SP movement of 7.2c down to 2.1c & on that move I will say this.

All the RTO companies I follow have in the last 2 - 3 months fallen significantly with the exception of a couple & of the ones that have fallen TV2 is the only one that has not touched or fallen below its listing price. Don't forget TV2 raised at 2c & has not been there in this drop even though we have only launched our first product & produced little revenue.

Let me ask you this, if the market thought this company was going to fail so quickly, where would the SP be?
I don't feel investors have jumped ship, only that investors have reduced their exposure along with the rest of the micro cap sector. The whole sector has been hit in the last few weeks.

Buckle up, news will be upon us shortly & we will all have the clarity we are waiting for.

10. No deals with Vubiquity and they may lose their relationship soon?
11. Divan OTT keeps getting delayed, why?
12. Shareholders applied for massive oppies shortfall & company wont distribute them
13. Absolute piss poor quarterly with no indication of previous or future deals & where they're at.
14. 75mil shares for what?
15. I could write more but it's up to everyone to DYOR, this is just all IMO, not here for a cat fight but there are more questions now than answers - answers that could have been told in the quarterly...

Only thing that I can see that is actually going well and could do well is K2U.

Basically a history of no product delivered surely the courteous investors sees this? Not down ramping just saying it how I see it, sorry.
