Makka posted an email reply saying exactly that fldp, I checked the credibility of that post by emailing myself and got exactly the same reply. "we are currently in negotiations to ensure that the hollywood content is economically viable for all parties, we will update the market as soon as possible".
That is the reason Hollywood content still hasn't been launched yet, as per emails from Tom Young.
