PWR Perhaps but I tend to believe that much of this has already been factored into the price of PWR already.

I'm sure IMX would take cash instead which would be more palatable for the shareholders than the dilution and if IMX is performing as well as they say then it could be good for PWR anyway. Obviously the deal they struck was a bad one and did not forsee the depths to which the shareprice would fall.

The real question is whether PWR is earnings positive before writedowns and before the CLA losses. IF so, then I think it is undervalued and vice versa.

Just my opinion
