I love investing in small caps, as long as I'm confident in the management and the business.

In my eyes ROAM-e has already failed. They've got limited media traction so when it comes out (if it does) they've got no competitive advantage.

So for now until we hear more about OTT it's still a sell. Better bargains out there sub 30 mill MC - companies with legitimate products and close to making money. IMO
