Hey Guys try substituting the term "free trial" with;
"critical mass" sufficient to allow a content providers to justify to their stakeholders, that the social dynamics are appropriate to justify the investment required by the content providers to participate in a new product or process.
Not trying to be a smart a but here are the basic definitions.
In
social dynamics,
critical mass is a sufficient number of adopters of an innovation in a social system so that the rate of adoption becomes self-sustaining and creates further growth. The term is borrowed from nuclear physics and in that field it refers to the amount of a substance needed to sustain a chain reaction.
Social dynamics can refer to the behavior of groups that results from the interactions of individual group members as well to the study of the relationship between individual interactions and group level behaviors.
Much easier to call it a free trial!
