There is no doubt that if NDO had announced this HOA in relation to one of it's blocks, there'd be no end to the crowing from some quarters!
As a matter of fact, when it was released, someone ran around the NDO and KIK camps yelling..."good news for OEL, good news for OEL...hope some of it rubs off on us!"
